New York Cheesecake

This is a family favourite .

INGRREDIENTS

BASE

Packet roundwine biscuits

125g butter

FILLING

3 x 250g pots cream cheese

5 eggs

1c sugar

1t vanilla

TOPPING

2 x 250g sour cream

1/2c sugar

1t vanilla

METHOD

Preheat ove to 160c. Crush biscuits in food processor and add melted butter. Press into round tin with removable bae - push in and 2cm up the sides. Beat the filling ingredients together and pour ito tin. Bake in oven for 55 minutes.

When finished beta the topping increadients and pour over the top of the cooked cheesecakel. Baken for another 5 minutes. Cool and refrigerate for 24 hours before eating.
